ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
WE ARE HERE TO STAND TOGETHER.
TO BE TOGETHER.
As we gathered, there were faces young and old, of all races and ethnicities, gathered for the same purpose, equality.
There was a special energy in the air that brought everyone together, it felt amazing and empowering to see the strength we have as a society. It sparked an even greater burning blaze for my fellow person, and once again, words can not explain.
As we marched, we marched loud! As loud as the suppressed voices of all the generational suffering together!
As we marched, we made sure we were heard, we made sure we were noticed.
Once and for all.
HEARD, WE WERE!
As we shouted our message, we were not alone.
Some may question intent, but regardless, the message was heard.
To their fellow officers over seas, the desperately needed message of togetherness, the reminder that behind the uniform we are all people, was loudly spoken.
The photos were taken on this day not with the intention to sell or display for personal use, but to use as a voice of the people that were otherwise being labelled as rioters.
These photos depict peace, love and compassion.
They depict togetherness and community, a shared outrage towards the inconsideration of our very kind, humans.
Through this project, I hope to show that at the core of all, we all have a heart, and at the core of all, they all share the same love.
Come Together. Stand Up. Share Love. Make Change
